Services
What does residential moving entail?
Residential moving involves relocating households, whether an apartment, house, or condo. We handle local moves within Arizona and long-distance moves across state lines.
Can you help with packing and unpacking?
Absolutely! We offer professional packing services to ensure your belongings are secure during transit. Once you arrive at your new home, we also provide unpacking services to help you settle in quickly and comfortably.
Are you able to transport specialty items?
We have significant experience and knowledge in handling your delicate items. Our highly skilled team takes extra care when handling fine art, antiques, glassware, and other specialty items.
Specialty items also include pianos, pool tables, large appliances, and other oversized or heavy objects. We have the expertise to move them all safely.
Our team uses specialized equipment, proper padding, and secure packaging to protect specialty items.
Do you offer long-distance moving services?
Absolutely! We are well-versed in long-distance moves. Whether you’re moving to Texas, Florida, New York, or any other state, you can be confident in our experienced team to ensure a smooth transition.
We offer flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing for long-distance relocations. There are no hidden fees—what you’re quoted is what you’ll pay.
Do you handle office or business relocations?
Yes, we specialize in commercial moves. Whether it's an office, retail space, or warehouse, we work to minimize downtime and disruptions. Our team is fully equipped to handle office furniture, electronics, and specialized equipment with care.
Are there things you do not move?
Valuables such as Jewelry, Money, Medicine, Laptops, Documents, Keys, Gold, or Silver.
Hazardous / Flammable Materials: such as Propane Tanks, Matches, Cleaning Products, Firearms, Ammunition, Aerosols, Paint, Motor Oil, and Gasoline. We also ask that you drain the oil and gas from your lawn mower. Please clean the ash and grease from your BBQ.
Perishables such as Food and Plants.
Do not pack liquids of any kind. One leaky bottle can ruin a lot of boxes and furniture. This includes olive oil, cleaning products, water, liquor, wine, beer, sodas, vinegar, liquid soaps, and candles (melt).
What services are not provided?
Any assembly or disassembly that requires drilling into your walls. Specifically, we do not remove or install TV mounts or speakers. Our movers will assist you by lifting TVs off the wall but the client is responsible for having the TV disconnected.
Do you handle the disconnection and reconnection of washers and dryers?
Yes, we handle the basic disconnection and reconnection of washers and dryers. However, we don't provide additional electrical or plumbing services. Please note that dryers come with either a “3 prong” or “4 prong” power cord. If your new home has a different type of outlet, you'll need to install a new power cord on your dryer.

How far in advance should I book my move?
The ideal timing for planning purposes and to ensure your move date can be accommodated is to book your move at least 2 weeks in advance. That helps us get set up for success.
However, we understand that sometimes short notice is unavoidable, so in cases like that, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is your coverage area in Arizona?
Although Mullins Moving's primary service area in Arizona is Maricopa County, we will service many other areas as well including interstate moves. Just give us a call to discuss your needs.
We handle local moves for most cities within Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale and Flagstaff.
What areas do you serve for interstate moves?
At Mullins Moving, we provide interstate moving services from our base in Arizona. Our service areas extend beyond the state borders, covering various regions across the United States.

Payment & Billing
What are my payment options?
We offer convenient payment options to suit your preferences. You can pay for your move using any of the following methods:
• Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Debit Cards: We accept debit cards for payment as well.
• Cash: For those who prefer to pay with cash, we will gladly accommodate you.
• Consumer Financing: We offer a consumer financing program to pay for your move through Remedy Financing. Ask us about the details.
Will the pricing be clear up front?
Absolutely! We believe in being transparent about our pricing.
Our charges are based on an hourly rate for local moves, and for long-distance relocations, we offer flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we occasionally run promotions or offer special discounts. Keep an eye on our website or social media channels for any ongoing specials.
Is my payment information secure?
Your privacy and security are important to us. We use encrypted payment gateways to protect your sensitive information. Rest assured that your payment details are handled securely.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Certainly! We provide detailed invoices and receipts for all transactions. After your move is complete, you’ll receive a receipt on the spot or via email.
Should I tip my movers?
Tipping is not required or expected. However, our movers are frequently tipped an average of $20-$50/mover for local moves.
